Industry background:

Inspection management system:
The management platform developed for the power industry, which combines RFID electronic tags, multiple network transmission and other technologies. The system installs the corresponding electronic labels for all the facilities that need to be inspected to realize the automatic identification of the facilities. Combined with the hand-held data collector, it can provide the real inspection time and residence time; all the inspection data of the facilities can be input and saved through the collector, and automatically analyzed and processed by the background management software to generate the inspection reports and facilities Data reports such as status and parameters.


Inspection system process:
According to the requirements of substation inspection and field work environment, the solution consists of passive non-contact RFID electronic tag, industrial handset and system management software.
RFID electronic tags are installed on the facilities requiring patrol inspection management. Each RFID electronic tag has a unique code built in, which can accurately provide the identification of each facility. At the same time, the system management software will build a one-to-one relationship between the electronic tags and the substation facilities, and establish the basic attributes of all facilities.
During patrol inspection, the inspectors shall carry a hand-held data collector to patrol as scheduled and read the electronic labels. The data collector will automatically record the code of the electronic labels and the accurate date and time of reading, and automatically prompt the work content to be done in the facility. According to the prompts of the data collector, the patrol inspectors input the operation status, parameters and defect types of the facility into the data collector through the keyboard. The information in the data collector can be collected to the system management platform automatically through WiFi, GPRS or management computer downloaded by data line, and through LAN or WAN. Statistics, analysis and evaluation shall be conducted by the system management platform, and various statistical analysis reports shall be generated. Through the inspection report in place, we can know the inspection track and inspection in place of inspectors; through the data reports such as facility status and parameters, we can master and analyze the operation of facilities, defect analysis.
